There are many similarities in the way women train and the way men train. This concerns the Core Functional Training Course Men and women differ on what their specific target areas they need to work. In general men tend to work on traking fat off of their waist line whereas women in general tend to be concerned about fat around the hips, thighs and glutes. With that being said the type of workouts needed to work these areas are going to differ in some ways. We strive to address the specific needs of our clients in order for them to achieve their fitness goals.Group Size:
