Boxing Fitness Training Courses

At Mittology, Inc. we offer a unique way of training for all people. Whether you are a male or female young or old and are looking to incorporate a unique mittwork system into your workout regimen as well as the proper way to strike the pads so as not to injure yourself or the pad holder then take a look at our training courses*.

Many gyms offer boxing mittwork. as part of their training regiment but you will find is that no other gym in this area teaches the concept of "perpetual motion" with boxing mittwork.

OVERVIEW

 
When: 

  • Training Courses are by appointment

How long will it take to complete:

  • Varies depending on client's needs and fitness goals
What are the courses:
How long is each training session in a course:
  • Basic Course: One hour to an hour and a half depending on the level of experience and fitness
  • Advanced Course: One hour and a half to two hours
  • Core Functional: 45 minutes to an hour

  • Basic Boxing Mittwork Concepts
  • Advanced Boxing Mittwork Concepts
  • Footwork and stance
  • Core functional training using JamCore Workouts
